Privacy Policy

Ginga Experiences is based in São Paulo, Brazil. This page explains what the website collects when you ask for the free first-evening page, and what we do with it. Have a lawyer read it before you treat it as final.

What we collect

If you use the form: your name, email, WhatsApp number, and the fact that you agreed to hear from us. We also receive technical data a normal web server logs, such as the time of the request.

Why

To send the free page, to answer you, and to write occasionally about the Starter Guide and the city. The legal basis under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, art. 7) is your consent. The checkbox on the form is that consent.

Who receives it

The form is delivered to the tool connected in the site settings (for example an email platform). We do not sell the list. Payment for the guide happens on the checkout page of the payment provider, which has its own policy. We do not see your card.

How long

We keep the contact while you are happy to hear from us, and delete it when you ask, or when we no longer need it to answer you.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent. Message us on WhatsApp at +55 11 98080-0668. You can also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority, the ANPD.
